First, the hotel was packed due to Halloween festivity's in Eureka Springs. Room & bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was only served on Saturday and Sunday, so be aware. Breakfast was mainly continental but did have waffle's.

It was a beautiful little hotel. Is lovely front entrance and desk area. Very nice staff. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was very very comfortable. The bed leaned towards the middle but was still comfortable. They had no place or coffee cups or anything like that there so you will need to bring your own.

My husband and myself came to Eureka Springs to elope... We fell in love with this hotel. The rooms, the pictures don't do them justice. Absolutely beautiful! The nice gentleman that runs the place is just a lovely soul. He gave us nice little tips on where to eat and what to see. We got to enjoy a nice fire by the deck area on our wedding night, it was dreamy. We can't wait to come back, we hate to leave.

Everything about this place! The staff was the absolute best. The rooms were perfect. It was far more quiet than anywhere else we have stayed. (Required quiet times are GENIUS). Anytime we needed something the owner was right on it and accommodating and kind. I would 100 percent suggest this place to everyone and stay here again.

The value was good and the owner was helpful in relocating us when our key didn't work in the original room. Overall the location was good being close to attractions.

Beds comfortable, room was nice. Room was clean, and towels and wash cloth clean and white. Liked the black wash cloth for washing face.

Stayed for our 23rd wedding anniversary. Checking in, was very friendly. Entered the room and it smelled clean which I appreciate very much! Everything looked nice and tidy. Staff accommodated a small request we had in the evening and brought it to our room and was very nice about it. Liked the natural look outside the the room window. We were just really pleased and happy with our stay here, have already recommended to several friends and family members, we will be back too! Thank you for everything..

The room was well arranged. We got a good coffee in the room. Only Saturday & Sunday they are providing breakfast. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and they helped us a lot. Thank you

We wanted a quiet relaxing getaway, and the room we had was perfect. It was the end room with the balcony, and the jacuzzi was placed so you could be in it and watch tv. It had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and everything that was needed. I believe there was breakfast but we didn't eat there. Everybody that worked there was very nice. The pool was extremely clean.

That when there was an issue or a need the property management and staff were very attentive to the need and repair. I also liked that this property was near everywhere we wanted to go in Eureka Springs.
